French roasted coffee tends to have a dark chocolate color, with a Smokey, rich flavor. It is believed to have been coined in the 19th century to describe the type of coffee that was being roasted in Europe. This is not your typical burned away all the good stuff French roast, we have retained all the bittersweet cocoa and raw sugar flavors. 
Cup profile: full bodied cup with Caramel, walnut, brown-sugar, vanilla toffee finish.
